STONEHOUSE

The Stonehouse Retreat Centre is a beautifully preserved fieldstone farmhouse. It provides meeting space for 80 in the carpeted retreat hall, where the massive stone fireplace and piano create a cozy atmosphere. There is also a smaller lounge, with a ping-pong and foosball table that can be made available. The bright dining room comfortably seats up to 80 guests. Groups may choose to supply and cook their own meals in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen or arrange for their meals to be supplied by Hidden Acres food services. The Retreat Centre is wheelchair accessible with ramps to the lower and main floor as well as an accessible restroom and shower facility on the lower level. There are 15 double and dormitory-style bedrooms in the Retreat Centre providing sleeping accommodations for 43 people in 29 beds.Hidden Acres does not provide sheets, pillowcases or towels. Blankets & pillows are available in Stonehouse.

WOODHOUSE

Our newest retreat centre has 7 bedrooms with 35-bed spaces, and 2 suites with 10-bed spaces for a total of 45-bed spaces in 36 beds. This building has a beautiful large meeting room and a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, which seats up to 50 people. This building is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator which can be made available as needed. The Woodhouse also features a large lower level meeting/activity room which can easily seat over 100 guests. Hidden Acres does not provide sheets, pillowcases or towels. Blankets & pillows are available in Woodhouse.

PINEVIEW CHALET

The Pineview Chalet is a self-contained facility including a fully-equipped kitchenette and eating area with a small lounge, washroom, and shower. Groups are required to supply their own meals and linens when using Pineview. There are two cabin-style bedrooms, each with 10 bunks and a small washroom. Pineview is a perfect choice for small retreats, sleeping a maximum of 20 guests. Hidden Acres does not provide sheets, pillowcases, towels or any bedding. Please note that Pineview is not an accessible building for those with mobility issues.

HILLTOP CABIN

The Hilltop Cabin triplex can be used as additional sleeping accommodation for groups who are using the Woodhouse or Stonehouse. This building can sleep 21 in three cabin-style rooms. There is a washroom as well as a small meeting room on the lower floor. Hidden Acres does not provide sheets, pillowcases, towels or other bedding. Please note that Hilltop is not an accessible building for those with mobility issues.

Hidden Acres has six summer cabins, each with five bunks (10 beds), 

which can be used by visiting groups in the summer months.

Group camping

Many groups choose to pitch their tents and trailers on our approximately 24 water and hydro hook-ups and virtually unlimited unserviced campsites during the summer months. Groups camping at Hidden Acres have the use of one of two picnic shelters and a campfire circle. Groups also have shared access to our clean and spacious restroom facility, which includes 6 showers. (Please note: we do not rent out campsites to individuals or individual families – campers must be part of a larger group that has booked with Hidden Acres)
