Groups renting the Stonehouse and Woodhouse may choose to provide their own meals or have Hidden Acres provide meals. Groups utilizing the Pineview Chalet or camping facilities must provide their own meals.
When meals are provided by Hidden Acres, groups are expected to assist with clean up/dishes after meal and snacks, unless prior arrangements are made. For groups with a meal plan who are requesting dish-washing, an additional fee of $7.00/person/weekend will apply with a minimum charge of $200.
We will try to accommodate any special dietary needs (eg. food allergies) within your group provided we are given at least 2 weeks’ notice.
Information regarding group size and meal/break schedule must be provided to the camp by telephone at least 1 week prior to your event. We can accommodate a 10% variance from the number of people you confirm 1 week in advance.
